| Waste of Money! Not a place to buy! |

I ordered a custom jersey for my wife for xmas. It wasn't until I received the item that it was made clear to me that they are non-refundable. A good company stands by their products, especially clothing that you cannot try on. $114 down the drain, would not even exchange for different size. Packers Pro Shop Response: Please note that any customized item has a notation in its product description that customized items cannot be returned. Our policy is also stated in our Return Policy that is posted on our site. Additionally, our staff is available to discuss customized products prior to ordering to assist in making sure all questions or concerns are answered. |

This was a complete rip-off! The "custom name" is an iron-on like decal type of lettering, NOT the "custom game jersey" lettering one is led to believe it would be coming with. I could have gotten this junk online from some South Korean sweatshop for $12! You misled me and ripped me off. I'll not be ordering from Packers Pro Shop ever again!! By the way, your size chart must be for midget mutants from another planet-not even close to what was promised!!Packers Pro Shop Response: Please note, numbers and letters on this jersey are heat transferred as described in the description, not sewn on. | The chart says to order one size larger. Bull .....these are Junior sizes. My grand son 9yrs old wont fit in this. DO NOT ORDER WOMEN SIZE unless your women is extra Pettit. It's mine as it's custom made. |

| Shoulders run very small |

| I got a jersey as a gift from my husband. I've been wanting one for quite a while! He ordered according to the size chart but it is too small and not returnable. Yes, it fits through the chest (per the chart) but the shoulders run very small. The quality seems very good. The color is different then the jerseys of recent past. All in all, I would say, get a jersey but go to the pro shop and try on a womens cut one first. |
