Is gift wrap available?

Yes, gift wrap is available. You can see all available gift options on the checkout page. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Packers Pro Shop gift cards and PayPal. We are unable to accept gift cards issued by MasterCard, Visa or American Express at this time. We do not accept C.O.D.'s.

May I order by phone?

What is the cost of shipping?

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

The Packers Pro Shop does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please list a valid street address for shipping.

How do I know what size to purchase?

Can I make changes to my order?

Once your order is in process, we are unable to change it. If you would like to return your order for a refund once it arrives, please use the free ARS return label.

Can I use my Packers Checking 10% discount online?

Yes! Simply use your Packers checking card as your form of payment and enter promo code 1919 for 10% off discountable items.

What is your return policy?

Is there sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax is charged only on orders from Wisconsin and Michigan. In Wisconsin, county sales taxes are also required and are calculated based on the county the bill to address is in. All taxes are automatically calculated and added to your online order form.

What is your price adjustment policy?

We are happy to complete a price adjustment for current sale merchandise. This adjustment can be made up to 7 days from the original date of purchase. Clearance, or permanently marked down merchandise, is excluded from our price adjustment policy. 

How do I obtain a donation item?

Donation requests must be directed to our Community Relations department. They can be reached by calling 1-920-569-7302. 

When will I be billed for items shipping directly from the manufacturer?

You will be billed at the time of purchase for items shipped directly from the manufacturer. Those items will ship to you at a later date.

What if I am purchasing a gift?

You can choose to include a gift receipt in the package, which will not show the retail value. To do this, select the appropriate boxes in the Gift Options section of the Check Out page.

If you do not make the selection to add a gift receipt, an invoice will be included in the package as normal.

How do I submit a rating and review for a product?

Thank you for taking the time to review products that you've purchased from the Packers Pro Shop!

To submit a review, go to the item's product page. Select "Add Your Review", or expand the "Reviews" section and select "Be the first to review this product". Rate the product from 1 to 5 stars, with 1 being the lowest rating and 5 being the highest. Add your thoughts, and select "Submit Review". 

Please note whether or not you would recommend this product to other customers. Include comments regarding its quality, performance and ease of use as appropriate. Please be as specific as possible in describing what you did or did not like about the product.

Only the nickname you enter will show with the review, personal information will not be shown. 

When will my rating appear?

It may take 3 to 5 business days before approved reviews appear on the site. We reserve the right to withhold reviews that include:

  • Obscenity, discriminatory language or wording inappropriate to public forum.
  • Advertisements, spam content or referenced to other online sites, offers or products.
  • Personal information, including email addresses, URL's, phone numbers or addresses.
  • Comments that are critical of other posted reviews or their authors.

How do I cancel an order?

Once orders are in process, cancellations cannot be made. If you have questions on an order that has been placed, please contact customer service at 1-800-992-5750.  

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, shopping at the Packers Pro Shop is safe and easy. The Packers Pro Shop website is equipped with secure online ordering capability and your personal information is only used by the Packers Organization. Your information will never be shared with other parties.

The security of your credit card information as well as all your personal information is our top priority. Our secure server software (SSL) is among the best software available today for safe and secure commerce transactions. This technology encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. 

How do I use my Packers Partners discount?

As a Packers Partners member, your membership information is already entered into our database. When you checkout, simply include your Packers Partners membership number in the appropriate blank on the billing page and you will receive your 10% Packers Partners discount on your order. Packers Partner discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.

How do I check the balance on my gift card?

What are cookies and why does the Packers Pro Shop website use them?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers, stored temporarily in your web browser, which enable the Packers Pro Shop website to remember the items you add to your basket between visits and save the information you provide during the checkout process. 

If cookies are disabled in your web browser, you may browse the Packers Pro Shop website, but you will be unable to utilize the Basket, Checkout, and My Account areas of the website. Please consult your web browser's "Help" area for more information on disabling and enabling cookies.
