1. Is gift wrap available?

Yes, on most items. The option will be shown on the product page if it is available on that item. Check the gift wrap box and our 2 exclusive paper options will appear. Select the paper of your choice and for $5.00 we will gift wrap that item and include a personal message for you.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

The Packers Pro Shop accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Packers Pro Shop gift cards and checks. You may safely enter your entire credit card number or gift card number via our secure server to make your purchase without concern. We are unable to accept MasterCard, Visa or American Express gift cards at this time.

3. May I order by Phone?

If you want to order by phone, or need more information, call 1-800-992-5750 (from the U.S. and Canada)
  • 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (CST) Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST) Saturday and Sunday

4. How much do you charge for shipping? Do you ship overseas?

5. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

The Packers Pro Shop does not ship to PO Boxes. You must list a street address for shipping.

6. Is there sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax is charged only on orders from Wisconsin (5%) and Michigan (6%). In Wisconsin, county sales taxes are also required and are calculated based on the county the bill to address is in. All taxes are automatically computed and added to your online order form.

7. How do I add or subtract product from my order??

It is very important to verify your order information before concluding your purchase because we cannot add to or make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

If you have made an error while ordering, please cancel your order with us as soon as possible and place a new one with the appropriate corrections online.

12. What is your price adjustment policy?

We are happy to complete a price adjustment for current sale merchandise. This adjustment can be made up to 7 days from the original date of purchase. Clearance, or permanently marked down merchandise, is excluded from our price adjustment policy.

Donation requests must be directed to our Community Relations department. They can be reached by calling 1-920-569-7500 or at Packers.com

14. When will I be billed for drop ship items shipping directly from the manufacturer?

You will be billed at the time of purchase for items shipped directly from the manufacturer. Those items will ship to you at a later date.

15. Purchasing a gift for someone else?

If you are purchasing a gift, check the box for the question "My order is a gift." during the checkout procedure (located in the Billing and Shipping section). A gift receipt with no retail price will be included in the package. An invoice will be mailed separately to the purchaser at the billing address. The invoice will be included in the package if the gift question is not checked.

16. How do I submit a rating and a review for a product?

Thank you for taking the time to review products that you've purchased from the Packers Pro Shop. To write a review, go to the product page and click "Review This Product". Then sign in by typing your e-mail address and password. (your e-mail address will not appear on your posted review). Click to rate the item from 1 to 5 (one is the lowest rating and five is the highest.) Please make a note whether or not you recommend this product to other customers. Then write your comments regarding its quality, performance and ease of use as appropriate. Please be as specific as possible in describing what you did or did not like about the product. Reread and approve your review, then click "Submit."

It may take 3 to 5 business days before approved reviews appear on the site. We reserve the right to withhold reviews that include:
  • Obscenity, discriminatory language or wording inappropriate to public forum.
  • Advertisements, spam content or referenced to other online sites, offers or products.
  • Personal information, including email addresses, URL's, phone numbers or addresses.
  • Comments that are critical of other posted reviews or their authors.

Yes, shopping at the Packers Pro Shop is safe and easy. The Packers Pro Shop website is equipped with secure online ordering capability and your personal information is only used by the Packers Organization and will not be sold or distributed to anyone else.

This technology encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

19. How do I cancel an order?

If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel that order, please use our contact form as soon as possible. Please include your order confirmation number and the explain any changes to be made.

20. Are all items listed in stock?

All regularly priced items listed online at the Packers Pro Shop are in stock, unless a backorder date is given. This does not apply to all sale items. Although the Packers Pro Shop website is updated continuously, an item may be out of stock if it is in a "low inventory" state. The Packers Pro Shop staff will contact you if your order contains an item that is no longer in stock.

21. How do I use my Packers Partners discount?

As a Packers Partners member, your membership information is already entered into our database. When you checkout, simply include your Packers Partners membership number in the appropriate blank on the billing page and you will receive your 15% Packers Partners discount on your order.

31. How long will items remain in my basket if I do not order?
