Shipping & Returns Policy
Returns processing may take 3-5 business days.
All items must be received in their original unworn or unused condition. For domestic and international returns, please complete the return form included with your purchase, or the online Merchandise Return Form.
Items can be returned within 90 days of purchase with receipt. Without receipt or after 90 days, you may receive a return merchandise gift card at the present-day price of the return. No returns will be accepted after 180 days from the date of purchase.
If you are returning a gift, please provide the name and address of the purchaser. You will receive a gift card for the amount of your return.
- Custom orders including customized jerseys and personalized items.
- Opened DVDs. Defective DVDs can be exchanged for the exact same item.
- Dropship Items
If you are not satisfied with your order, the Packers Pro Shop will gladly accept your timely return in original condition with tags. Please return with no pet hair, smell, stains on items and/or any other sign of use. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sorry; but due to the limited sizes and quantities, no exchanges are available. Please re-order your item(s) in the correct color/size/quantity you desire and return the unwanted item. Once the returned item is received by the Packers Pro Shop, providing item is eligible to be refunded, the order will be refunded to the original form of payment. Price matching from an original order will be honored by emailing at email@example.com
Creating a FedEx Return Label (Domestic Returns Only)
If you choose to create a FedEx return label, a $7.95 return fee will be deducted from the refund.
Click the below link to create a FedEx return label. Once all the required fields are completed and the information is submitted, select print label, affix the label to your package and drop off at a nearby FedEx pickup location. FedEx will also send a confirmation email with a copy of the shipping label, drop off locations and a QR Code option for those who don’t have access to a printer. The package and QR code can be brought to a local FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center or Walgreens for label generation. Please remember to include your merchandise return form in the package after filling it out.

Return fees will not apply if you use a prepaid carrier of your choice.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physcial street address must be provided for shipping.
Standard shipping service may utilize FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost or FedEx Ground Economy depending on your order and shipping address. Orders sent via UPS Surepost and Fedex Ground Economy may be delivered by USPS to your requested shipping address.
Allow 1-3 business days to prepare orders for shipping. Please note anticipated ship time in the product description online if the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Allow 1-5 business days for Standard Delivery from the date the order is shipped. For Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, orders placed by 3:00 PM Central Time will be shipped that same business day. Orders placed after 3pm Central Time will ship the next busness day.
2nd Day Air orders placed on Thursday before 3:00 PM Central Time are scheduled to deliver on Monday.
Next Day Air orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM Central Time are scheduled to deliver on Monday.
Saturday Delivery orders must be placed on Friday before 3:00 PM Central Time.
Saturday Delivery, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air deliveries are not available for items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Additional shipping charges may be applied to second day and overnight bulk orders as they are charged by weight/package dimensions.

Alaska & Hawaii
All Alaska & Hawaii packages must be shipped by AirMail (US Post Office). Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package. For nonpriority shipping or to receive tracking, please customer service at 1-800-992-5720. Minimum shipping begins at $9.95.
APO & FPO Shipping
All APO & FPO packages must be shipped by AirMail (US Post Office, Second Day or Overnigth Services). Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package. For nonpriority shipping or to receive tracking, please customer service at 1-800-992-5720. Minimum shipping begins at $9.95.
Canadian and International Shipping
We have partnered with Zonos to service our international customers.
Your country flag will automatically display in the lower right corner of your screen. If you are shipping to a different country, simply click on the flag and select the appropriate country. You can click on the flag throughout your shopping experience to see estimated duties and taxes based on the contents of your cart. Once you select ‘proceed to checkout’, you will be presented with the Zonos International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Zonos will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will process the order and have the good(s) transported to your international address. If you have any questions, please email our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to protect the Packers Pro Shop and our customers from fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to verify any order via phone or email. This may result in delays to 2nd Day and Next Day Air orders. If we are unable to verify within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled. We will use reasonable efforts to notify the customer as soon as possible.
