Like the real thing, sized just for babies! Customize your very own baby sized Cheesehead® with baby's name and birthdate. Perfect for welcoming new Cheeseheads into the world. Enter your preferred name (10 characters including spaces; special characters are not available) and we'll heat seal the child's name on the Cheesehead®. 

• Enter the child's birthdate using month/day/year format below. Single digit month or day numbers will not have a leading 0. (example: January 1 will read 1.1.XX)
• Baby-sized original Cheesehead® measures 8" x 8" x 3"
• Inside diameter measures 4.5". Recommended for infant sizes
• When ordering a customized Cheesehead® please make certain of your name and spelling are correct
• Customized products cannot be returned
• Custom products take 5-7 business days to complete, and your item will ship once completed
• If ordering Overnight, 2nd Day, or International shipping, the item will ship at the end of the completion timeframe
