#PackersEveryday Social Media Submission Terms and Conditions

I. Publication and Assignment of Rights to Submissions:

By submitting or sharing photos, stories, recipes, DIY (Do-it-yourself) projects, etc. (hereafter referred to as “Submission”), submitter agrees that he or she owns all rights, title and interest in the Submission as of the date of Submission. Submissions cannot defame or invade the publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or property rights or any other third party rights. If the Submission contains any material or elements that are not owned by the submitter and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the submitter is responsible for obtaining, prior to Submission, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Submission by the Green Bay Packers and its respective designees in the manner including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Submission.

Packers Pro Shop welcomes any Submission you publish through any social media and allow Packers Pro Shop to feature, such as your name, social media handle, accompanying text, and any images from your social media accounts (e.g. Twitter™, Instagram™, Pinterest™, Facebook™) as long as the Submission submitted by you complies with these Terms & Conditions. You agree that any Submission: will be accurate; will not violate or facilitate the violation of any law or regulation; will not violate any right of a third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; will not cause injury to any person or entity; and will not contain, or provide links to, obscene, profane, or threatening language, malware, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, any form of "spam", or any material that could be considered harmful, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, or degrading. You are solely responsible for your Submission, and Packers Pro Shop assumes no liability for any Submission submitted by you.

By sharing your Submission, the submitter agrees to assign all rights, title, and interest, including copyright rights, in the Submission to the Green Bay Packers and grant permission for Green Bay Packers and its respective designees to publish or publicize all or part of their Submission, including but not limited to submitter's name or other parties shown in the Submission, likeness and photo, in whole or in part, for advertising, promotional and trade or other purposes in conjunction with this and similar promotions in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or permission and without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Site is controlled and operated by The Green Bay Packers from its offices within the state of Wisconsin, United States of America.

The Green Bay Packers may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound. As between you and The Green Bay Packers, The Green Bay Packers exclusively owns all rights, titles and interests in and to any of the Materials (and any and all elements thereof) and any and all copies thereof throughout the universe in any and all media now known or hereafter developed. You will not do anything that might impair The Green Bay Packers' rights, titles or interests in and to such Materials (and any and all elements thereof) nor will you assert any right, title, interest in or to such Materials (including any copy or element thereof).
